- Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized university/program
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience (Post Qualification).
- Skills: Facility and administration management skills.
- Vendor coordination and control. Knowledge of safety, health, and security practices. Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Description:
- Managing Housekeeping Cleaning, Janitorial, Plants, repair and maintenance etc. Space management, Team management, Vendor Management, Event Management and prepare budget estimate for the maintenance related activities.
- Fixed Assets Register Management, Manage HSE, Manage Access and Security and coordinate with internal customers/users
- Ensure customer satisfaction. Fleet Management and Travel Desk Management, Managing inventory of Stationary, Store etc.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the management
