Jobs Description:
- Implement Samref’s safety rules and regulations as they apply during the development of planned work packages in accordance OIMS & T1BPs.
- Schedule weekly safety reviews for the assigned employees and contract staff workers towards quality and to carry out safe work executions.
- Lead investigations of incidents/accidents to identify root causes and to establish written policies, practices or recommendations by which similar incidents/accidents may be prevented.
- Utilize advance planning tools such as critical path scheduling and man-power balancing(e.g. Primavera). Write project contract scope documents to ensure highest level of safety & reliability is achieved during execution of tasks.
- Prepare Maintenance job packs in accordance to OIMS, GRS & Work Permit T1BP to execute in a safe & cost effective manner.
- Optimize the use of SAP functions of data accuracy, estimating, work close out and cost reporting.
- Lead, plan, execute and monitor Major Expense Items (MEI), Tank Cleaning and Repair Program, Unit shutdowns, Special Emphasis Program (SEP) and MOC safely and as per the budget and schedule.
- Prepare cost estimate for Technical Design Packages.
