Qualification:

  • Post-Graduation in Accounts, with good working knowledge of the finance & accounting functions in retail industry (Footwear).

Jobs Description:

  • Manage various accounting activities viz. preparation of various reports, accounts receivables / payables and bookkeeping.
    • Successfully standardize and manage the accounting system of the company and maintain uniform accounting policies and should also have knowledge of GCC VAT.
    • Exposure in Navision is a big advantage and Logistics/ freight invoices booking.
    • Trade Loan booking and Retail posting and reconciliation between LS and NAV
    • Booking Receipt relating to retail sales & Reconciliation
    • Supplier payment entries
    • Reconciliation of local, overseas supplier & logistics supplier
    • Stock Count of retail stores and Consignment sales reconciliation .
    • Preparing cheques.
    • Local Purchase Order preparation along with Jr. Accountant
    • Credit Card, Dewa, Fewa, Sewa, ADDC Verification – Payment handling
    • Booking expenses invoice (Marketing & Merchandising & Other service invoices).
    • Own account Transfer / Bank charges
    • Opening new bank account /liaising with bankers with relation to all the documentation
    • Verifying all the legal documents as per the request of Financial Controller and Audit Work
