• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and documentation of invoices.
• Monitor and manage outstanding payables and communicate with vendors as needed
