Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of MS Office and electronic data management systems
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of site needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and Organize and schedule patient appointments.
  • Maintain filing systems for patients, staff attendance, inventory, assets and etc and Provide general support to site supervisor as and when required
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and Liaise with site supervisor and senior management to handle requests and queries
