For TB Program, Integrated Research and Development (IRD), Singapore Job Code: HRD-PC/SD-082 Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree(s) in a relevant field
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of MS Office and electronic data management systems
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of site needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and Organize and schedule patient appointments.
- Maintain filing systems for patients, staff attendance, inventory, assets and etc and Provide general support to site supervisor as and when required
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and Liaise with site supervisor and senior management to handle requests and queries
