Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to hospital departments and leadership teams. 
  • Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative functions, supports communication between departments, maintains records, assists with scheduling, and coordinates projects that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, schedules, and communications within the department.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute reports, correspondence, and meeting materials. Maintain accurate records of departmental budgets.
  • Serve as a point of contact between hospital departments, vendors, and external partners.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Manage inventory of office and medical supplies and process purchase orders as needed.
