Jobs Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars and schedules to ensure pro-active and effective time management and prioritization of engagements.
- Organize and schedule various meetings and provide logistical support such as booking internal meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating AV support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with company policies, including visa arrangements and itinerary coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Working closely with other AAs, providing cover and other administrative duties as required.
- Ensure timely processing of expenses and invoices and completion of all required system approvals.
- Manage and maintain specific project tasks accurately and relevant workflow procedures
