Experience:
- For MBA 4 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Experience of Utility companies shall be preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the Billing team in the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, in East, West and Central areas fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement billing plans to meet revenue targets, enhance efficiency, and adapt to the unique requirements of the industrial and commercial sectors in Karachi.
- Monitor and analyze key billing performance indicators, proactively implementing corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and operational targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members at junior level, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce aligned with organizational goals. The team members include Territory Managers and other field staff for East, West and Central areas.
- Responsible for meticulous management of the budget within the Industrial / Commercial (KHI) section, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective billing operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company billing policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements within the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role and Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
