Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of claims such as Medical submitted by employees for reimbursement as well as Overtime, Night Shift, Risk, Sunday and TA/DA allowances.
  • Reviewing, verifying and validating medical and other claims, facilitating smooth and efficient process, minimizing errors, and resolving discrepancies to support timely and accurate reimbursement of medical claims and processing of Overtime, Night Shift, Risk, Sunday and TA/DA allowances.
  • Close collaboration with local hospitals, insurance companies, HR teams and Finance Directorate to maintain compliance with organization policies and Federal Govt. regulations, providing clear communication to employees regarding their claims. Moreover the purpose of this role is to support and contribute to the effective management and execution of the organization’s payroll functions.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations, providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Collaborates with other teams within HR Directorate to maintain payroll records and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
