Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan                Qualification:

• LLB or LLM from HEC recognized reputable university
• Preference will be given for completing Bar at Law course after LLB or LLM degree

Experience:

• At least 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate related litigation

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  draft petitions and replies on behalf of the Organization for filing in the courts and Appear and effectively represent the Organization before the Courts/Tribunals.
  • In house litigation management and Assist the departments in preparation of their pleadings in order to minimize the legal risk before the Courts.
  • Conduct the prosecutions on behalf of the organization.
  • Provide assistance in conducting the hearings.
  • Draft and vet the show cause notices and orders for the organization and Conduct research relevant to legal query assigned in both local and foreign jurisdictions and to give opinion and advice on different matters.
