Assistant Engineer Mechanical

• DAE / B Tech Mechanical       

Experience:

• 08 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, fertilizers, chemical industry or any other reputed industry  
• Sound knowledge and hands on experience for the maintenance of Rotary and Stationary equipment. 
• Working experience of fabrication of plant piping, repair of static equipment and crude oil storage tanks.

Skills:

•  Sound knowledge and skills for maintenance and troubleshooting of PD & Centrifugal Pumps, Engines, Compressors and work shop equipment. 
• Strong knowledge of asset integrity of tanks, pipelines & vessels etc. and Should have strong team building, self-motivation and supervisory skills.
• Should have sound knowledge and skills of inventory and maintenance management through EAM/CMMS.                                               

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of preventive maintenance plans and Perform periodic visual/physical inspection of all equipment.
• Complete the corrective maintenance jobs up to entire satisfaction and Identify and investigate breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date history of all plant machinery maintenance records and Compliance to PPEs and PTW system and Keep the record of transactions with stores, material transfer & transportation.
• Perform routine services of engines, compressors and other plant equipment.
• Preparation of daily, monthly and major jobs reports including KPI monitoring reports.
• Maintain history cards of all equipment.
