Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of professional experience preferable in petro-chemical industry Operations of onshore oil & gas treatment facilities. Knowledge of pumps, gas compressors and turbine operations. DCS / PLC experience, control room operations, occupational and process safety knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce all applicable Company, safety and environmental regulations.
- Execute Startup, shutdown and operating procedures for gas treatment plant, gas compressors, furnaces, distillation towers, expanders, electric motors, fans, pumps chromatograph and make necessary process adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Knowledge of minor maintenance of compressors, engines, pumps, controls, piping and valves.
- Generate daily production reports including liquid production, downtime and gas volumes.
- Coordinate and oversee the transfer of liquid products into trucks, tanks and pipelines.
- Make work permits after safely preparing for maintenance and notify maintenance personnel of problem areas
