Jobs Description:
- Operation and trouble shooting of gas processing plants like amine sweetening, glycol dehydration, sulphur recovery unit, LPG recovery plants, cryogenic operations and solvent extraction along with hand on experience on PLC & DCS.
- Operations of utilities including steam boilers, water treatment, power generation, turbines and gas compressors.
- Knowledge of process and safety, HOZOP & HAZID. LPG and Crude oil dispatch supervision. Gauging, dipping and monitoring of Tank’s stocks of crude oil, LPG and solvent oil.
- Operate and monitor crude oil and LPG pumping stations and pipelines. Supervise gas meters proving activities at stations. Monitoring of plant(s) and product(s) performance as per benchmark to minimize operational production down time. Supervision and monitoring of chemical(s) injection as per requirement in production line(s) and plant(s).
