Gulftainer Company Limited, UAE Qualification:
- Master or PG qualification in Accounting / Finance / Commerce and membership with a Recognized Professional Accounting Institute would be preferred
Experience:’
- At least 7 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Previous Container Terminal, Ports or Logistics industry experience will be advantageous.
Jobs Description:
- Close the books of account on monthly basis, meeting the deadline, after thorough Ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
- Manage the company’s budgets, including preparing and monitoring budgets for different departments and projects.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to forecast financial performance and develop strategies to improve financial performance. Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions. Manage the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure maintaining accurate Asset records
