Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee outbound and inbound call campaigns to engage donors. IVR call handling. Direct line call handling.
- Hotline (cell number) complaint calls handling, maintain complaint log and follow up. Oversee the accurate and timely entry of donor information into the database.
- Utilize data analytics to assess call center performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
