Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience Technical Skills: IT Skills, MS Excel Skills and ERP Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Line Manager for fool proof material management operations.
- Identify and monitor slow moving material.
- Effective Implementation of SOP and agreed SLA with all respect. Supervise monthly delivery schedules for stock related items. Monitor accuracy of data in ERP system including quantity on hand, Issuance, Goods Receiving etc.
- Supervision of Monthly Stock Count and Audit of Batch Management Goods. Approval of Vendors created into ERP.
- Revision of SOP, SLA, and JD’s of employees as & when required. Ensure the proper compliance of ISO & Internal / external audit by Finance etc. Implementation / Supervision of FEFO (First to expiry – First to out) based issuances. Effective management of new item code requests and processing in ERP. Supervision of employee’s annual appraisal process.
- Especially assigned responsibilities: Conduct Internal and External Audit. Provide documentation proofs in audit and provide management response in case of findings.
- Risk assessment. Standard Operating Procedure Review: Development and revisions in Standard Operating Procedure SOP in response of audit findings, for improvement of the documentation and efficient procedures.
