For Interactive Research & Development (IRD), Singapore Qualification:
- Bachelor of Law or Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA 2.5 or above
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 year of relevant experience of legal, governance and business management with proven experience of coordinating complex reports and presentations Substantial experience of reviewing and dealing with contracts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to provide overall assistance to the contracts, grants and corporate affairs in preparing and administering various grants contracts, letters, and associated agreements/contracts.
- Support and assist the Governance Officer on a global level as well as in country-specific offices.
