By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- Masters’ degree preferably in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Science or a related field from an HEC recognized university/institute or equivalent. Relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably with a reputable organization.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient in data record keeping and data analyses.
- Suitable command over statistical software such as R/Python will be an added advantage.
- Should have an excellent command over advanced MS – Excel.
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, Working on ERP system etc.).
- Excellent Communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and spoken).
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing extensive data analyses according to different aspects as instructed by the supervisor.
- Entering questions for the data bank after certain checks such as duplicate questions, duplicate answers, and grammar of the questions. Checking each question to make sure that no question is taken or repeated from the last 4 years.
- Presenting and interpreting the data analyses findings of all the internal and external tests to the testing services committee on a regular basis. Suggesting points to perform data analyses from different aspects. Maintaining confidentiality in all assigned task such as maintaining data and data analyses.
- Managing data and data analyses files meticulously.
- Producing attractive and self-explanatory graphs/figures for the supervisor as well as regular testing services committee meetings.
