Experience:

• 5 Years of experience in digital marketing (Social media & YouTube)  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration and management of all social media handles including generating, editing, publishing and sharing content (photos, videos, news, post captions etc.).
• Developing social media Gantt charts and content to achieve marketing goals. Collaborate with other teams like marketing, creative, crop communications, media etc.
• Ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
• Community management including communicating with followers, responding to queries in timely manner and managing customer reviews.
• Monitor dashboard analytics, platform performance metrics, ROI and Develop monthly and annual reports based on data and analytics and Monitor competitor marketing communication on social media.
