By House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 03-years’ relevant ((Post qualification).
- Good communication skills with basic knowledge of HR processes and policies with the ability to coordinate and organize tasks with time management and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office.
Job Description:
- Assist in managing Performance Management System (PMS). Assist in recruitment processes and recruitment drives as per departmental needs. Support in arranging training and development programs.
- Assist in identification and placement of interns as per departmental needs. Assist in processing of transfer requests.
- Help prepare and maintain monthly HRIS reports.
- Ensure timely provision of HR-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
