By House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:

Jobs Responsibilities:
- Monitor branch operations and support service excellence across all levels. Guide branches on operational procedures and resolve queries related to systems, policies, and regulatory matters; escalate complex issues to the Manager.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and suggest ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and promptly escalate any deviations or challenges. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, operational issues, and suggested improvements.
- Support the implementation of process enhancements and provide feedback based on branch-level observations.
