By House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience of Branch Operations specifically in lending portfolio. Strong research, writing & analytical skills Excellent project management skills. Adequate knowledge of relevant areas & industry dynamics. Expertise in MS Office.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Perform entire activities/functions of the post sanction/approval requirements. Completion of Legal documentation, execution of Financing agreement and security perfection.
- Perform entire activities of facility settlement, insurance claim processing, bullet/balloon payment.
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
- Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for related activities. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
- Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras and Identify process improvements and suggest ideas for simplification and enhancement of customer
