By National Logistic Cells (NLC), Rawalpindi Qualification:
- Masters / MBA Marketing / Finance / ACCA or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of recovery with reputed organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring finalization of invoices.
- Compiling and preparing necessary documentations required in invoicing as per customer requirement.
- Responsible for timely submission of invoices as per company guidelines and ensuring early and timely recovery from customers and updating management on aging status about all SBUs. Recording and Maintaining tax related matters.
- Preparing and maintenance of Monthly Statements if receivable and payable accounts.
- Monitoring and managing day-to-day billing processes.
- Preparation of daily cash and bank position and monthly bank reconciliations of the company.
- Submitting daily progress report to the line manager
