Jobs Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and programmatic support to IRD’s Maternal & Child Health (MCH)team in developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and assessing maternal and child health related projects.
- Supervise staff hiring and provide managerial support to project staff (including field teams) stationed at the project site. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, donors and the Government for MCH projects.
- Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation as needed.
- Conduct statistical data analysis to help support project strategic direction and Assist with project budgeting and maintaining project expense reports in collaboration with finance department.
- Supervise and monitor the field team – field supervisor and treatment supporters – to ensure all field operations are executed according to defined SOPs.
- Perform regular project monitoring and evaluation functions, identify implementation difficulties and operational and strategic issues and recommend appropriate solutions or course of action.
