By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying or relevant field from an HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying position for mid/large-scale projects.
- Skills: Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear reports for conveying complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people.
- Numerical and data analysis skills.
- Project management skills. Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business, and legal matters
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the rough cost & detail cost estimate of projects as per drawings & as per sites and Maintain the record of sites’ supplier bills and assist checking the bill of suppliers.
- Assist to calculate, evaluate, and draft supplier bills as per work progress and Preparation of material schedule and quantities for procurement.
- Preparation the Drawing & Shop Drawing as per sites. Maintain the record of approve & unapproved, bills & deposit to Finance Department.
- Prepare the budget of office estimate.
- Prepare the summary of all sites’ unapproved bills.
