Experience:

Candidate should be an expert in functional genomics for large scale genetic screens in cell cultures, knock-in, knock-out and knock-down in vertebrate models using gene editing tools to study human diseases and to identify drug targets.
• Proven competencies in techniques essential to functional genomics likeCRISPR-Cas9, Oocytes microinjection, microbial and mammalian cell culturing, ChIP-seq, whole genome, exome and RNA sequence data analysis
