- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM management. Licensed architect (preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk products. Experience with BIM 360, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Solibri, or other digital tools. Knowledge of BIM standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- BIM Management: Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans (BEPs) across all architectural projects.
- Coordinate BIM workflows among internal teams and external stakeholders (engineers, consultants, contractors).
- Oversee BIM model coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance. Manage BIM libraries, templates, and families in Revit or other BIM platforms. Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards.
- Project Support: Provide hands-on support for architectural teams during the design and documentation phases.
- Collaborate with project leads to integrate BIM strategy from concept through construction.
- Ensure model accuracy, structure, and data integrity for various project phases (LOD 100–500).
- Technology & Training: Lead the evaluation and implementation of BIM tools and digital design technologies.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM software and workflows (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.).
