- Master’s degree, preferably MBA (economics/finance) from a local or foreign institution / university recognized by the Higher Education of Pakistan
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience of identifying opportunities and strategic partners in both E&P and mineral sectors and Have experience in the energy or financial services sector with sharp business acumen
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scouting local and international farm-in/farm-out opportunities as well as bid rounds besides identifying other opportunities and strategic partners in both E&P and the mineral sectors. Be proficient in networking with potential partners in farm-in/farm-out transactions.
- Possess excellent understanding of macro-economic indicators such as prices, inflation & exchange rate.
- Possess financial & economic modelling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite with ease in working on high-level presentations. Working knowledge of Petroleum Economics evaluation would be preferred.
