• BBA, BSc, MBA

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience. Program Development, Grant Writing; Proposal Development; Communications; Presentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of new programs or initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for new programs aligned with organizational mission and objectives.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for program implementation and expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for program development.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
• Secure funding and resources through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance, outcomes, and impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of program activities and expenditures.
• Conduct program evaluations and assessments to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and Implement strategies for continuous program enhancement and innovation.
