• Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized firm (preferably from big 4).

Experience:

• 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years as CFO (preferably in the energy sector) Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles  Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills               

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of gas sales and marketing.
• Drive commercial strategy and business development initiatives.
• Manage technical operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Formulate and implement administrative and policy frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
