Chief Technology Officer-Islamabad

By a state owned enterprise, Islamabad                           Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / Engineering or related disciplines. Advances degree preferred      

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale digital platforms or national scale public service system including 7+ years in senior technology leadership delivery of complex and multi-year transformations
• Proven track record leading platform modernization ( mirco-services, APIs , event driven integration), large integration programs and secure operations 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy, Architecture and standards
• Platform engineering and delivery, project delivery and change and secure and reliable operations
• Data interoperability and quality  and building secure and compliant systems and talent, culture and vendor ecosystem
• Skate holder management and governance
