- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 5 – 8 Years of experience with the minimum of 5+ years of UAE experience in the construction and fit-out industry, Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong understanding of material take off.
- Experience controlling sub-contractor work.
- Experience with MEP site planning.
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the civil engineering aspects of Construction & Fit-out projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications and Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage sub-contractors and ensure their work is completed to a high standard.
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
- Prepare and submit project reports.
- Identify and resolve potential project issues
