Civil Engineer-Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

Experience:             

• Proven experience in MEP design, construction, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design software, with the ability to create and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi. Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving MEP system issues

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the design and implementation of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, within construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress of MEP installations and identify any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction. Review and approve MEP design plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure they align with project goals and comply with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the installation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations and tests on MEP systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety, and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
