• 4-year bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a local/foreign university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan

Experience:   

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and exposure to well site construction for new and work over projects     

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to act as a site supervisor for well construction projects and conduct on-site investigations and analyses data, including maps, reports, tests and drawings and also be responsible to plan, design and develop project proposals and conduct feasibility studies as well as prepare work schedules, contract documents besides reviewing and evaluating tenders.
• Able to overall supervise well site construction execution phase with close liaison with contractor.
• Capable of conducting field surveys and collect data for estimation of projects as well as preparing and compiling report for management.
• Capable of executing construction projects and repair of buildings, roads, fences and other installations.
• Able to evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials and ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations.
• Able to assess onsite potential risks and suggest solutions to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies. Capable of managing onsite staff and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Able to comply with regulations, including permits and safety protocols and maintain technical files and documentation as per requirement.
• Capable of designing & maintaining sewerage system of all residential areas in coordination with medical department to improve hygienic conditions.
• Able to prepare budget for all maintenance/repair work as well as procurement of required equipment/material. Capable of analyzing monthly cost statements for recording variances
