- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a construction. Strong technical skills in engineering principles and design software.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards and Holder of Sharjah Municipality Approved Card (Must be Unlimited Floors).
- Holder of Society of Engineering Card
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze survey reports and maps to plan projects and determine project specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Supervise and direct construction activities, including managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective project coordination.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
