• MS or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an HEC recognized or foreign-accredited university

Experience:

• 5 years of experience is preferred. Proficient in the use of social media platforms, online systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation skills – have the ability to negotiate with students and other offices where necessary.             

Jobs Description:

• Conduct informal, structured, and protective psychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Formulate comprehensive psycho-diagnostic reports integrating clinical observations, testing data, and case history. Develop and document individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based frameworks and clinical judgment. Provide individual and group psychotherapy using integrative, evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy). Facilitate supportive, compassionate, and client-centered care that encourages personal growth, social integration, and emotional resilience.
• Provide crisis intervention services in cases of suicidal ideation, self-harm, psychotic breaks, or acute emotional distress. Conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, and determine the need for urgent psychiatric or inpatient referral. Coordinate with psychiatrists for psycho-pharmacological evaluations when appropriate.
• Facilitate timely referrals to internal and external mental health services, including inpatient care when necessary.
• Monitor continuity of care through follow-up support and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Serve as a consultant in disciplinary, academic, or administrative cases, offering psychological evaluations and recommendations when required.
• Plan and lead preventive mental health initiatives, including campaigns, seminars, and wellness workshops.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential clinical records, including progress notes and case summaries.
• Design and implement mental health programs and policies aligned with university values and psychological best practices.
