• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications.                                     

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps and Software Engineering experience.
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud technologies, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiar with Git/Unix/Linux/PL/SQL skills (Document-Oriented Data Bases experience preferred, good experience on scripting or coding would be a plus).
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as PagerDuty and other industry-standard tools. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying, resolving issues and raising improvement opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences.                                 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU Production support, and resolve issues either spotted by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact.
• Develop scripts in Python/Unix shell scripting/AWS Lambda to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Design, implement, and ma age infrastructure using GitHub/Terraform on AWS cloud platform utilizing best practices.
• Comfortable with writing database queries and performing database management with an added advantage of experience in Document-Oriented Data Bases.
• Set up and configure monitoring solutions, including Grafana, Pager Duty to ensure system health and respond to incidents promptly
