Jobs Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering mental health support in IRD’s End TB Program, including providing lay counseling, conducting awareness raising, and community mobilization
• Conduct mental health screening and counseling.
• Conduct awareness sessions and community mobilization and Maintain timely communication with the clinic staff/team and program team.
• Ensure treatment adherence of patients.
• Ensure timely reporting of data-related aspects to the Research Associate and Field Supervisor, and counseling-related aspects to the Psychologist as per the protocol
