Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance requirements, and analyzing compensation structures and conducting salary surveys.
- Should be comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
- Need to be aware of the legal requirements related to compensation and benefits and able to analyze data, identify trends, and solve compensation-related issues.
