• Masters or Bachelors in relevant subject

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years of relevant experience with Masters or
• Minimum 04 years of relevant experience with Bachelors            

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance requirements, and analyzing compensation structures and conducting salary surveys.
• Should be comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
• Need to be aware of the legal requirements related to compensation and benefits and able to analyze data, identify trends, and solve compensation-related issues.
