- Bachelor’s Degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field. Must have a Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification, program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies.
Experience:
At least 3 years’ proven experience in a compliance or paralegal role. Must have an office administration experience and proficient in the MS Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Offer legal guidance to Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers, coordinating with retained lawyers for UAE laws. Keep Group Compliance Manager and subsidiary managers updated on UAE legal amendments.
- Coordinate with retained lawyers to draft, review legal documents in compliance with UAE law.
- Assist Group Compliance Manager in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Develop and execute plans in response to audits, compliance issues; manage legal cases and agreements, collaborating with relevant stakeholders
