• Certificate / Diploma

Experience:

• Must have experience in hand layup and safe handling of composite materials for airframe manufacturing.
• Ability to make composite parts and structures using hand layup. Good understanding of composite materials, handling, storage, and safety. Ability to use various machine tools for composite machining. Ability to understand various composite parts manufacturing drawings, processes, and instructions. Have good verbal and written communications skills in the English language. Follows safety practices and quality conformance requirement while performing all duties.                    

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work on manufacturing, assembly, and repair of composite parts and structures related to airframe.
• Work as part of the manufacturing team to manufacture various composite parts including moulding, hand layup, curing, bonding, and machining. Assembly and fitting of various composite and metal parts. Repair of composite structures and parts related to airframes. Material storage, procurement, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ability to operate the autoclave.
