  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field will be preferred.
  • Certification in project management, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), may also be beneficial for this role.

  • Experience in construction management and engineering 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Review and approve project budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process, and make decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the construction project.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure that they are delivered to the construction site on time.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
