For a Karachi-based company by Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi     Req.ID: HRS-Int    Qualification:

• DAE / B Tech    

Experience:

• Basic computer skills (Internet browsers, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – user’s level; Information systems used at KHT that are necessary to perform entrusted work duties     English & Urdu – proficient

  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for registration, administration, reporting and optimization of the available systems and equipment safely, efficiently and without environmental impact in accordance with the facility business plan, management system and applicable legislation. Ability to prepare and operate the central control room, process systems and safety systems. ·
• Ensure all activities are performed safely, within relevant regulatory and company requirements, and in accordance with HSE standards.
• Monitors, oversees and controls start-up, ongoing and completion o f all operational activities for all modalities (P/L, Tank, Truck) and facilities / equipment. · Ensures the registration of all relevant operational data, the availability of adequate reporting. · Monitor and control all process parameters of plant independently f rom Control Room.
• Smooth and Safe start up and shutdown as per SOP of the company. Maintain production Capacity and Product specification as per targe t sheet.
• Record all the activities that occurred during the shift ·
• Check all equipment’s performance abnormalities and alarms such a s high temperature/ high pressure/ abnormal sound and makes inte rventions accordingly in line with operational procedures ·
• Maintain and prepare log sheets for assigned units and system cove ring operating data.
• Handling Plant Emergencies during the shift such as operating probl ems or equipment failure power failure instrument air /cooling wate r system/ steam failure take immediate action under the direction of supervisor
