  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in customer relationship management within the real estate development industry with the Proven track record of successfully managing sales, operations, handover and post-sale teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management and Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the real estate development sector.
  • Oversee and manage sales, operations, handover and post-sale teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. and Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Lead customer service initiatives and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all customer interactions and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
