Jobs Responsibilities:
- Mapping of MDA delivery platforms (schools, madaris, health facilities and communities) against established SAC and OOSC targets.
- Data management of field staff including: consolidating nominations data of field staff for trainings, mapping trainers and trainees to selected training venues and maintaining a database of field staff’s contact / payment details.
- Accurate quantification of medicine supply, IEC materials, treatment reporting forms and attendance sheets to be delivered to relevant training venues.
- Support the Administration and Finance team with ensuring timely payments to field staff. Revision of program forms to facilitate efficient data gathering and reporting.
- Data entry, management and reporting of all information being provided in real time during the MDA week
