Jobs Responsibilities:
- Ensure patients documentation (Source Data) is recorded and filled appropriately by performing Source Data Review (SDRs)
- Data Entry into the Clinical trial data Base (CTDB)
- Ensure Patient files Management and proper Placement
- Perform corrections in the Clinical trial data Base (CTDB) if needed.
- Ensure Data Recording, Printing, Photocopies.
