By National Logistic Cells (NLC), Rawalpindi Qualification:
- Masters / MBA Marketing / Finance or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field freight forwarding and custom procedures or any similar position with reputed organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source document into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
- Provide customers with product and service information with highest quality standards. Prepare and finalize reports / presentations (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested) and entry and record keeping of EPD (Electronic Pre-Declaration).
- Monitoring of daily cost incurred by drivers in route.
- Must have information regarding Custom Procedures, PSW, WeBOC, GD filing and have sound information on Export & Import procedures (Sea / Air and Land).
- Process CMR (Standard contract of carriage for goods for international road transportation) and provide clear instructions to the team for handling each shipment.
- Review, monitor and store all customs document and request for quotations from clients as well as other correspondence.
- Adhere to all domestic and international customs regulations.
- Submitting daily progress report to the line manager.
