- Mechanical engineering graduate
Experience:
- At least 06 years of experience and having knowledge of Gas Sales and Purchase agreement shall be preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulate the technical aspects of the Sales and Purchase Agreements.
- Formulate the technical aspects Transportation in coordination with the Deputy Chief Manager and Coordinates with the Government/ Private Companies for their comments on the draft agreements.
- Delegate and ensure timely correspondence with the concerned stakeholders for early finalization of agreements.
- Should be well aware of and ensure compliance of prevailing Petroleum Policies, Rules, Directives, SROs etc. prescribed by Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other competent authorities of the Government of Pakistan.
- Identifies deviations from contractual obligations and communicates the relevant action to the Government/ Private Companies.
- Verifies the invoices against the recommended action.
- Should be well aware of and ensure compliance of prevailing Petroleum Policies, Rules, Directives, SROs etc. prescribed by Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other competent authorities of the Government of Pakistan.
