• Responsible for smooth IR activities and maintain industrial peace throughout the Company.
• Plan activities relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations
• Responsible for legal compliance of statutory requirement under Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act and various other Labor Laws.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
• Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
