By Planning Commission Development & Initiative, Govt. Of Pakistan, Islamabad Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years) or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field from a HEC recognized university / institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a backend engineer in languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS will be plus. Proficiency in AWS, GraphQL, and APIs using Python/Java, with authentication (OAuth2/JWT) and rate-limiting.
- Preferably experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Postgres.
- Ability to write effective unit, integration, and API tests; experience with JavaScript frameworks like React is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in statistics, enabling data-driven decision making.
Roles & Regulations:
- Design and develop business logic and backend systems for our products. Collaborate with frontend developers to create functional, high-performing APIs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions and Write unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks. Optimize database queries and leverage caching for performance improvements.
- Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
